Yet more people are taking up the volvic challenge in an effort to be more healthy. I would say yes, by all means drink more water but don’t for god’s sake by bottles and bottles of volvic to do so. Yes, you might be looking after number one, but what about the cost to the environment? Always make sure you never leave the house without a bottle to hand, and when you’re in the office take regular trips to the water cooler, that way you’ll avoid having to buy bottles every day. When you’re in restaurants, always, without a hint of embarrassment, ask for tap water. Or just say water, followed by the words not bottled pleased and see what you get. Drinking water is of course one of the best ways of protecting your vital organs, and everyone (practically) in Britain is dehydrated. There are other ways of taking steps to protect yourself however. One is making sure you take vitamin supplements if you’re deficient in anything. Magnesium is a wonderful relaxant and helps with digestive problems, moods and energy levels. Another thing to do, is have a look at your diet, it may be that your body is being starved of vital nutrients because of all those latte and muffin breakfasts.
